As director, marketing and transformation Infiniti Canada, Wendy Durward is responsible for strengthening the brand, driving awareness, and developing additional initiatives to further enhance the Infiniti luxury brand in Canada.
Mrs. Durward has held many progressive positions during her 22 year career with Nissan Canada Inc., including Director of Dealer Operations for Infiniti. In this position, which Mrs. Durward held for five years, she was responsible for all aspects of Infiniti operations in Canada including marketing and advertising, dealer improvements and communication, the Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative (IREDI) program, vehicle sales, and customer service. Prior to this, Mrs. Durward was Director of Marketing Communications for Nissan Canada. In this role Mrs. Durward was responsible for corporate and internal communications and all marketing activities. Mrs. Durward also spent over ten years working within Nissan Canada Finance (NCF) in a variety of roles including Corporate Manager of Sales. Mrs. Durward began her 25-year career in the automotive industry as a credit clerk with GMAC.

Mrs. Durward has volunteered for many of Nissan's community initiatives including Meals on Wheels and the Scott Street Mission. Mrs. Durward frequently speaks on behalf of the company, in both official languages, at national dealer events, auto shows and product launches.
In her spare time, Mrs. Durward enjoys spending time with family and friends at her cottage, downhill skiing, travelling, theatre and reading.
