Nissan today unveiled the latest in a series of innovations designed to bring the benefits of its Intelligent Mobility blueprint to the daily lives of customers. Following the success of the Intelligent Parking Chair earlier this year, the newly developed ProPILOT Chair negotiates waiting in line on behalf of its occupant, sparing them the hassle of standing in line.

2017 Nissan GT-R NISMO: Pricing announced at U.S. debut

Nissan today announced pricing of $174,990 USD for the new 2017 Nissan GT-R NISMO in conjunction with its North American debut at the Japanese Classic Car Show at the Queen Mary in Long Beach, California. The annual JCCS is regarded as the largest gathering of Japanese heritage enthusiasts in the country and attracts nearly 400 private heritage cars and more than 7,000 spectators.

Nissan North America has extended its commitment to early childhood literacy in Middle Tennessee by granting $100,000 to Governor's Books from Birth Foundation (GBBF). Joined by First Lady Crissy Haslam, Nissan presented the check to GBBF President Theresa Carl today during a reading event at Casa Azafrán Early Learning Center in Nashville, Tennessee, in celebration of Tennessee's Imagination Library Week and Nissan's ongoing support of the Foundation. Nissan has contributed $1.1 million to GBBF since 2005.

Renault Sport Formula One Team's Kevin Magnussen enjoyed his and the team's second highest finish of the season with 10th position in the Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix. Kevin took advantage of a stellar start and ran for most of the race inside the top 10. Jolyon Palmer was not so lucky, with a suspected slow puncture from debris at the start of the race forcing an earlier than planned first pit stop. Running thereafter out of sequence, Jolyon finished in fifteenth.
