NBA Posts Sales of 4,455 in October

Nissan do Brasil sold 4,455 units in October, which is still a result of the end of the Mexico Free Trade Agreement (FTA) annual quota. In the end of October, however, the company was granted a governmental authorization to benefit from the new auto regime (Inovar Auto) and, therefore, able to re-start sales of its most popular models March, Versa, Tiida and Sentra.

Nissan on Moody's Credit Rating Upgrade

Nissan's credit rating was raised a notch by Moody's Investors Service late last week, a rarity for Japanese manufacturers given the strong yen, while global economic difficulties, such as those in the euro zone, remain a headwind for automakers.
