Nissan and Tan Chong to Assemble Vehicles in Myanmar

NAY PYI TAW, Myanmar (Sept. 23, 2013) – Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., and Tan Chong Group jointly announced the approval of a license to manufacture and distribute Nissan vehicles in Myanmar. The application was approved by the Myanmar Investment Commission on August 15, 2013, and grants Tan Chong Motor (Myanmar) Co., Ltd, the rights to assemble and distribute Nissan vehicles locally.
