June highlights: UK sales in June totaled 16,697 units with a market share of 5.7%. Half year sales confirm Nissan's position as the market leader in the pure electric car sector, with total UK sales of the all-electric Nissan LEAF over 10,000 units since launch (10,160). Nissan in Spain increased June sales by 65% vs previous year, with 5,793 units sold. Sales in Germany totaled 6,579 units with a market share of 2%. Nissan in Italy raised its market share in June to 3.5%, up 0.2% compared to the same period last year selling 5,422 units. Datsun sales in Russia totaled 3,244 units.
