The Renault-Nissan Alliance posted record synergies of 2.87 billion euros in 2013, up from 2.69 billion euros in the previous year. Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. reduced CO2 emissions from global corporate activities in fiscal year 2013 while increasing vehicle production by 5.1 percent. The 2.0 percent cut in CO2 during the year puts the company on track to achieve its goal of a 20 percent reduction by fiscal year 2016, compared to 2005.
