Nissan Booth Wins Acclaim at Auto Shanghai 2013

SHANGHAI, China – Nissan's innovation was recognized at Auto Shanghai 2013, winning the coveted "Best Creative Booth Award" for its new global motor show booth design. The Asian premiere of the new booth took place at the largest auto show in Asia, representing more than 2,000 exhibitors from 18 countries and areas.

Nissan's new booth engages guests' senses of sight, sound, touch and smell. Featuring the Innovation Wall, the interactive display allows visitors to discover more about Nissan – from deeper insights into its Pure Drive technologies to stories behind the development of new products.

"We are honored that Nissan received this much-respected accolade," said Takashi Nishibayashi, president of Nissan (China) Investment Co., Ltd. "Auto Shanghai 2013 was the perfect place to premiere this new booth design in Asia and I am happy that our spirit of innovation was recognized."

With 813,000 visitors throughout the auto show period, Nissan's press conference attracted 550 Chinese and international journalists to the Nissan booth.
