A consumer favorite and Nissan’s top-selling model in the U.S., the Nissan Altima continues to impress with its premium exterior and interior design and functionality. This week, the 2014 Altima was named one of the “10 Most Comfortable Cars Under $30,000” by Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com. The Altima finished sixth on the list, with KBB.com editors specifically citing its “notably comfortable” NASA-inspired “Zero Gravity” front seats as a selling-point.

Nissan inaugurates satellite design studio in Brazil

Nissan officially opened its satellite design studio in Rio de Janeiro today. Located at Nissan Brazil's headquarters in Rio de Janeiro, the Nissan Design America Rio studio (NDA-R) is tasked with researching materials and styling and is already contributing to future development projects.

Nissan receives highest ranking in two vehicle segments in J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) Study

The 2014 Nissan Rogue is the most appealing new Compact SUV to own and drive, according to a study of more than 86,000 purchasers and lessees of new 2014 model-year cars and light trucks. As part of the J.D. Power 2014 U.S. Automotive Performance, Execution and Layout (APEAL) StudySM, Rogue achieved a segment-best score of 786, with the Nissan Quest ranking highest in the minivan segment with 790 points.

Nissan offers free charging for new LEAF buyers in Los Angeles

Nissan announced today that it is adding Los Angeles to its “No Charge to Charge” promotion, a program that will offer two years of no-cost public charging at hundreds of stations with the purchase or lease of a new Nissan LEAF in the Los Angeles area.
