Billy Hayes, Nissan's Vice President in Charge of Global Sales,

YOKOHAMA, Japan (Feb. 27, 2013) - Sales of the Nissan LEAF have recently passed the 50,000 mark. Not bad say some for a new technology, a new idea, the first mass-market all electric car. But critics of the Nissan LEAF say it's just not enough, that sales have not met expectations.
