Nissan Pathfinder Ranked Among Five Best Interiors Under $30,000 by AutoTrader.com

2013 Nissan Pathfinder

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Nissan Pathfinder is featured on AutoTrader.com's list of "five of the best interiors under $30,000" for the 2013 model year. AutoTrader.com's experts cite the fourth-generation Pathfinder's spacious, comfortable and amenities-packed interior as the top reasons for the SUV's inclusion on the list.

Jon Brancheau, vice president, Marketing, Nissan North America said: "The 2013 Pathfinder was completely redesigned to provide passengers a tremendous amount of interior space and comfort while offering available amenities to keep passengers of all ages entertained. Nissan is thrilled that AutoTrader.com has recognized our efforts to build a vehicle that evokes vehicles of a higher price point on the inside."

Recognized for its size and available seating, the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder seats up to seven passengers and boasts best-in-class highway fuel economy of 26 mpg, best-in-class passenger volume, best-in-class front headroom and legroom and class-exclusive reclining third row seats.* The Nissan EZ FlexTM Seating System allows the second row to move forward or backward up to 5 1/2 inches for easy access to the back row. LATCH AND GLIDETM provides forward movement and access to the 3rd row with a child safety seat remaining securely in place (on the passenger curb side). When carrying seven passengers, the Pathfinder still accommodates up to 16 cubic feet of cargo.

The 2013 Pathfinder combines comfort and utility with a more refined unibody construction that provides a civilized ride yet still maintains the capability the nameplate has always been known for, with best-in-class standard towing capacity of 5000 lbs (when properly equipped) and ALL-MODE 4x4-i 4WD system. The Pathfinder offers the right level of enjoyment and engagement to meet the real-world needs of the modern family. Thoughtful technology is found throughout the Pathfinder interior, including Advanced Drive-AssistTM Display in the center of the instrument cluster right in front of the driver and available segment-exclusive convenience technology Around View® Monitor with "bird's eye" view.

This most recent honor adds to the growing list of accolades for the 2013 Pathfinder, which has previously been awarded as MotorWeek's "Best Large Utility," Popular Mechanics' "Most Versatile" vehicle in its 2013 Automotive Excellence Awards, one of WardsAuto World's "Ward's 10 Best Interiors" for 2013, one of the 10 Best Family Cars of 2013 by Parents magazine and Edmunds.com, and the top ranking vehicle in Kelley Blue Book's KBB.com list of 10 Best Family Cars of 2013.
