2015 Nissan 370Z NISMO to serve as official Safety Car at CTSCC race in Austin

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – A specially wrapped 2015 Nissan 370Z NISMO will serve as the official Safety Car at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas during the Continental Tire SportsCar Challenge (CTSCC) race on Friday, September 19.

As an official partner of IMSA, the sanctioning body for CTSCC and the TUDOR United SportsCar Championship, Nissan has fielded multiple cars and powerplants during the 2014 season.

Two Nissan 370Z NISMOs and two Altima 3.5 racers will be in the CTSCC field behind the beautiful NISMO Safety Car for a race that will air live on Friday at 1:20 p.m. ET on IMSA.com.  The race will also air on Fox Sports 1 on tape delay on Sunday, September 28 at noon ET.
