Nissan announces senior management changes

NASHVILLE, Tenn. Nissan Motor Company is making several leadership changes in its North American sales finance function.

Changes are effective August 1, unless otherwise noted.

Mark Kaczynski, currently president, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC), is named vice president, Administration and Finance, INFINITI Motor Company. In his new role, Kaczynski will report to Joe Peter, chief financial officer, and to Roland Krueger, president, INFINITI Motor Company. He will be based in Hong Kong.

Kevin Cullum, currently general manager, Nissan Canada Finance, is promoted to president, NMAC, replacing Kaczynski. In his new role, Cullum will report to Rakesh Kochhar, senior vice president, Finance and Global Sales Finance Business Unit, and he will be based in Franklin.

Effective July 1, Alain Ballu, currently director, International Projects & Partnerships, RCI Bank, is named general manager, Nissan Canada Finance, replacing Cullum. Ballu has worked for 22 years within Renault Credit International in France, South Korea and Brazil. He will also report to Kochar and will be based in Toronto.
