1969 Bluebird 1600 Deluxe: The third-generation Bluebird, the 510, was launched in August 1967. It was the center of attention with its smart "supersonic line" styling. In January 1968, after 34 months, it took the title of Best Selling Car back from the Corona. Following a minor change in October 1968, the 1600 Series, made for export, was added to the domestic lineup. In November of the same year, a coupe was also added.
