Nissan's air leak detection squad

The Nissan Energy Management Team repaired enough compressed air system leaks in U.S. manufacturing facilities to save 11,300 megawatt hours of energy last year—that’s enough energy to power the all-electric Nissan LEAF around the earth more than 40,000 times. It’s projects like these that helped Nissan earn the prestigious 2014 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award for the third consecutive year.
