Carlos Servin is senior vice president of Finance for Nissan North America, Inc., a position to which he was appointed in April 2016. In this role, Servin reports to José Muñoz, executive vice president, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and chairman, Nissan North America.
Servin is responsible for overseeing the corporate finance function and ensuring that Nissan North America is on track to meet the financial goals of Nissan Power 88. The Renault-Nissan Alliance Customs and Trade office will report to him.
Prior to his current post, Servin was the vice president of Finance for Nissan North America. Servin joined NMEX in 2008 as director of finance and became regional vice president of finance in 2012. He was responsible for all finance oversight and for leading critical expansion activities during a period of unprecedented market growth for Nissan in the Mexican market.
Servin's automotive career spans more than 20 years with the Ford Group; he was Global Director, Financial Planning for Volvo just before joining Nissan in 2008.
He holds a bachelor's degree in business from Universidad Iberoamericana and a master's degree in Finance from Technologico de Monterrey in Mexico. He is based in Franklin, Tennessee.
