Leon Dorssers is vice president, Customer Quality and Dealer Network Development for Nissan Americas. He is responsible for all activities around customer quality and dealer network development across the region for both the Nissan and Infiniti brands.
Dorssers joined Nissan in 1992 and has held various positions across Europe including assignments in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Paris, Madrid and most recently Antwerp, Belgium. He served as the managing director of a major Nissan dealership from 2005 to 2007, and as the general manager of Network Development of Nissan Iberia, S.A. where he was responsible for developing key dealer network initiatives in the Spanish market.
From 2009 until April 2012, he served as the managing director of Nissan Belgium and Luxemburg. In this role, Dorssers led the brand to achieve the number one Asian brand position in the market, whilst carrying out a fundamental reorganization in dealer network and Nissan organizations.
Dorssers holds a master's degree in Econometrics and Operations Research from the University of Tilburg in The Netherlands.
