Nissan Announces Senior Management Change

YOKOHAMA, Japan - Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced that Greg Kelly, Senior Vice President of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. was appointed as Representative Director at the board meeting held after the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.

Nissan now has four Representative Directors: Chief Executive Officer Carlos Ghosn, Chief Operating Officer Toshiyuki Shiga, Executive Vice President Hiroto Saikawa, and Senior Vice President Greg Kelly.
