The Frontier pick-up stands out with 1,424 units sold, representing an increase of 12% versus same period last year. Year-to-date April, the brand sold 25,181 cars and posted 2.3% of market share. In April, the brand had a superior commercial performance in Sao Paulo (SP) with 3.2% of market share, in Porto Alegre (RS) with 3%, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) with 2.9%, and in Goiânia (GO) with 2.8%. APRIL HIGHLIGHTS Frontier – With 1,424 units sold, the pick-up truck accounted for 9.1% of market share Versa – The compact sedan totaled 1,840 units sold March – The compact hatchback sold 1,825 units Dealers – Nissan do Brasil ended April with 165 dealer outlets About Nissan do Brasil – With a significant growth in the last few years, Nissan has the purpose of reaching 5% market share by 2016. Therefore, it shall introduce eight new models in the horizon of 2016.
