Steven R. Lambert is vice president of Information Systems, Nissan North America, Inc., a position to which he was appointed in September 2011. In this role, Lambert reports to Scott E. Becker, senior vice president, Administration, Nissan North America, Inc. and is responsible for overseeing all of Nissan's information systems and services across the Americas.
From 2002 to 2011, Lambert was president, Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) and was responsible for all Sales Finance activity in North America which included the oversite of Nissan Canada Finance (NCI) and the start up of Nissan-Renault Finance Mexico (NRFM). He was also the director of Financial Planning and Budgeting for Nissan North America (NNA); manager of Nissan and Infiniti Division Finances; manager of vehicle pricing, contests and incentives; and manager of Business Planning and Financial Systems.
Before joining Nissan in 1992, Lambert was section head for sales, earnings, cash and tax planning at Hughes Aircraft Company in El Segundo, California.
Lambert holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Brigham Young University (BYU) and a master's degree in Business from BYU's Marriott Graduate School of Management. He is based at Nissan North America, Inc. in Franklin, Tennessee.
