Vice President, Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), Nissan Americas

Takehiro Terai is vice president, Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), Nissan North America, and reports to José Muñoz, executive vice president, Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. and chairman, Nissan North America.

Previously he was Chief Vehicle Engineer, R&D, NML. Terai-san joined Nissan in 1988 and has held various posts with increasing responsibilities in R&D, including Foreign Service Assignments in NTCNA, NTC-BRA and NTCNA-MEX. Functions reporting directly to Terai-san include: Product Safety, Field Quality Investigation (FQI), Overseas Project Quality (OPQD), TCS Strategy & Administration and the TCS organizations in Mexico and Brazil.

Terai-san is based in Franklin, Tennessee.
