Takehiro Terai is vice president, Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), Nissan Americas based in Franklin, Tenn. Previously he was Chief Vehicle Engineer, R&D, NML.

Terai-san joined Nissan in 1988 and has held various posts with increasing responsibilities in R&D, including Foreign Service Assignments in NTCNA, NTC-BRA and NTCNA-MEX. Functions reporting directly to Terai-san include: Product Safety, Field Quality Investigation (FQI), Overseas Project Quality (OPQD), TCS Strategy & Administration and the TCS organizations in Mexico and Brazil.
