History was made in Atlanta this weekend when Nissan DeltaWing scored its first ever race finish, taking fifth place overall in the grueling 1000-mile Petit Le Mans race, despite starting from the back of the grid of 42 endurance racers. The 2012 race produced an incredible run of results for Nissan as the final round of the American Le Mans Series (ALMS) also settled the scores in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS).
