NAACP Murfreesboro Branch names Nissan North America "Organization of the Year"

The Murfreesboro (Tennessee) Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) recognized Nissan North America, Inc. as "Organization of the Year" during its annual Freedom Fund awards banquet held on August 26 on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University. This marks the first time the Murfreesboro Branch has recognized corporate entities.

Henry, the "Emotional Environmentalist"

Six-year old Henry Marr wants to save the world. His passion for the earth and conservation was fueled this past spring when he watched a video at school about pollution. Henry was so upset that he broke down in the car when his mom picked him up from school. Allie Hall, Henry's mom, caught it all with her camera and then posted a video to Facebook for family and friends. But more than his family and friends were interested in what he had to say.

Once activated, ProPILOT can automatically control the distance between the vehicle and the preceding vehicle using a speed preset by the driver (between approximately 30 km/h and 100 km/h); it also keeps the vehicle centered in its lane.

Back-to-back Formula 3 victories for Mardenborough in Japan

GT Academy ace Jann Mardenborough dominated the action at last weekend's round of the Japanese Formula 3 championship, taking both race victories at Twin-Ring Motegi in Japan. The Brit recorded his sixth pole position of the year, his fifth fastest lap and fourth victory to extend his championship lead to 19 points.
